SUP Policies

If you wear glasses or sunglasses, a floatable “croakie” is encouraged. If you plan to bring your phone, a waterproof case with a float is advised. If you want to have a water bottle on board, I recommend one with a clip you can attach to the tie-downs. I cannot be responsible for glasses, sunglasses, jewelry, hats, dogs, wallets, phones, cameras, Go Pro’s, or other gear and items.

Age and physical condition: In general, rentals are available for persons 18 and over. SUP riders should be in sufficiently good physical health as to be able to paddle (on knees or standing), hear instructions out on the water, and assist with boards. If you are under 18, or not sure you meet the physical requirements, please contact me to discuss how we can meet your desire to paddle.

Cancellations: Storms, high winds, and extreme heat are a few of the conditions that may require us to postpone your scheduled lesson or class. There are no refunds, but your paid reservation for a SUP 101 lesson or SUP Yoga class will be applied to a rescheduled opportunity. You will be contacted ASAP, but no fewer than 90 minutes before your scheduled appointment, by text/phone should the weather require a change in plans.

Should you need to reschedule your class or lesson, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment to do so. Failure to contact me with such notice may result in forfeiting your reschedule.
