Classes and Schedule

Beach Yoga at Woodmont Beach, Milford CT
Join me for a beautiful social distancing class and breathe, stretch, and find some inner peace during this chaotic time. Classes are all levels, leaning more toward the beginner side of things. Please read all the way through for schedule, policies (including COVID-19 related), registration, payment, what to bring, and more!

We’ll meet on the beach by the park (near Wall St & Beach, Woodmont). If it’s too busy, we can shift our location a little.
$15/class
Payment is by cash or check (made out to “Quetzal Wellness LLC“). Please bring to class in an envelope with your name on it.

Class size is limited to 12 participants, please register in advance by emailing: bfreeyogawellness@gmail.com. Please include your name, which class you plan to attend, # in your party, and a phone number where you can be reached.
If you have registered and will be unable to attend, please contact me as early as you can (no later than 3 hours before class), as there is often a wait list for these classes. This will give someone else the opportunity to attend. Feel free to email or to text (203) 506-4564.

What to Bring
Summer: Water, sunscreen, a blanket/mat/towel to practice on, any props (like yoga blocks or extra towels/blankets) you mat need.
Winter: Dress in layers, bring some blankets to practice on and cover up with, socks for shavasana.

Social Distancing
In order to comply with requirements due to COVID-19, this summer we have to make some changes:
– If you are not feeling well, have a fever, are suspected to have COVID-19, know that you have been exposed to others who have COVID-19, etc., please do not come to class. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19, please do not come to class until you have been cleared by a physician to return to life in public. Thank you for keeping our community safe.
– Mats/towels will need to be at least 6 ft apart (try to separate even more).
– Masks are not required as you practice, but you may want to bring one for other interaction before/after class.
– I will not be giving any hands-on assists and will not approach you without a mask.

Cancellations due to Weather
Should weather force a class cancellation, I will notify you at least an hour in advance at the email you used to pre-register and also by text to the phone number you provided. Inclement weather that forces a cancellation includes (but is not limited to): thunderstorms, extreme rain and high winds, temperatures over 95 degrees F with high humidity, air quality alerts, and conditions that recommend extreme caution.

I look forward to getting out there with you, enjoying the nice weather, and getting a little peace from the craziness, while focusing on keeping everyone safe.
